„I had in past very bad experiences with money-maker corrupt dentists so I was not trusting dentists in general. I tried now this Praxis and luckily I finally found a friendly dentist here (Dr. Sherpa) which was taking the time to hear my problem and give a honest professional answer. On top of that, she and the assistant speak English. I will come in future again here.“

„I visited the emergency dental clinic at Healthy Smile today, February 22nd, at approximately 9:17 a.m., and I'm very satisfied. The process was very efficient: the waiting time, including treatment, only took one hour in total. Since I requested immediate treatment of the underlying cause, it was carried out right away (cost approximately €44.88). Alternatively, free emergency care would have been available, in which case my regular dentist would have handled the follow-up treatment. I often find it hard to understand negative reviews. It's important to remember: this is a person who has already been working all week and is now on call over the weekend. Every dentist has their own methods, and the emergency service is primarily there to address acute emergencies. We can be thankful that such a system exists in Germany. My thanks to the team for their prompt assistance!“

„My gums were badly injured by the instruments of either the dental assistant or the dentist. Everyone makes mistakes, but to do absolutely nothing about it and sweep it under the rug is unacceptable. I had problems and pain for days!!! That's just wrong 😠“
